Can I wear it on bare skin? Can it get too hot?
Wear it over leggings, shorts or pajama pants, not directly on bare skin. The four heat levels top out at 131°F and overheat protection is built in — start on level 1 or 2 and go up from there, and don't fall asleep with it running.
